For a real glamping adventure on Manitoulin Island in Ontario, these authentic teepee rentals will do just the trick and come fully-outfitted and equipped with everything glampers will need to relax in style after a day of fun. Each teepee can sleep up to four guests and comes with either twin beds or king-size beds, per glampers’ request. The beds come complete with plush duvets and 500-thread count sheet sets, as well as Obusforme® pillows.
The teepees are furnished with apple strip wood flooring, buffalo hides, furs, and lounge chairs. The property is located central to a wide range of activities, including horseback riding and canoeing, and glampers will have a new love for the outdoors after a vacation here.
In general, this glamping property offers nature-based and cultural tourism from an Aboriginal perspective on natural beauty, and the offerings range from soft adventure to wilderness eco-adventures and educational interpretive tours. Paddle your way through the heart of Manitoulin Island. Throughout your chosen tour, your guide will be stopping for rest breaks while sharing local legends, island history, and survival techniques at different points of interest. For emergency purposes, your guide will be equipped with bottled water for each paddler, First Aid supplies, raincoats, and radio/cell phones.
